bdbajo Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

bdbajo (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "us") operates an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and bdbajo. By using the Platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood and voluntarily agreed to these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in compliance with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. If any provision is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective.

bdbajo provides gaming services for entertainment purposes only. Any information displayed on the Platform shall not be considered professional financial, legal or investment advice.

2. Account Registration

To play games and make financial transactions on bdbajo, you must have an active personal account. At the time of registration, you are required to comply with the following terms:

• Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information will result in account termination and any held funds may be confiscated.
• You must keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Transfer, sale or assignment of accounts is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bdbajo reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may require a photo of your National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-approved identification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3. Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to register and use gaming services on the bdbajo platform is 21 years. No individual under the age of 21 may use this platform.

The following individuals are not eligible to use bdbajo:

• Any individual under the age of 21.
• Residents of any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Those enrolled in a Self-Exclusion programme.
• bdbajo employees, their close relatives and members of their households.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

Accepted methods for depositing funds on bdbajo are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Only your own funds may be deposited into your account — using third-party funds or borrowed money is prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum amount for a successful withdrawal is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, bdbajo reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if an identity verification process is ongoing or if any unusual activity is suspected.

• The method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the method used for deposit.
• Withdrawals prior to verification may be limited.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, any withdrawal will be held pending investigation.
• bdbajo does not charge any additional fees for processing transactions, however the payment provider's own charges may apply.

Currency

All transactions on the bdbajo platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdbajo provides various promotional offers and bonuses from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

General Terms Relating to Bonuses

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if the bonus is not activated within the specified time, it will be cancelled.
• A bonus offer may be used only once per account.
• To withdraw funds earned using bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met.
• bdbajo reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonuses and winnings of the relevant account may be forfeited.

VIP Programme

bdbajo's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%; Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%; Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%. You can advance to a higher tier through regular active gaming.

6. Gaming Rules

While participating on the bdbajo platform, you are required to follow the rules below:

• Using any kind of automated software, bots or unfair methods while playing is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to win an unusual amount by exploiting a technical error will result in those winnings being considered void.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• If evidence of account hacking, cheating or collusion is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical disruption, bdbajo will endeavour to refund the amount where applicable.

Fair Play Policy

bdbajo is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. The platform's games are operated using SSL encryption and secure technology. If any suspicious activity is identified, bdbajo may temporarily suspend the account for investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdbajo always promotes responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is an entertainment activity and should never be a cause of financial hardship.

• You can set your own deposit limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• You can apply Self-Exclusion for a specified period at any time.
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, professional help should be sought immediately.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

bdbajo may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If registration was completed using false or misleading information.
• If evidence of obtaining funds through illegal means or manipulating games is found.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• In accordance with instructions from a regulatory authority.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbajo platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdbajo. Copying, redistributing or using these assets for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited by law.

Content from game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) is owned by their respective companies and is displayed on the platform under the relevant licence agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdbajo will bear no liability for the following:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or a technical error.
• Delays or errors in the services of a third-party payment provider.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account, where the user themselves negligently disclosed their login details.
• Force majeure or circumstances beyond bdbajo's control.

bdbajo will only be liable for direct financial losses, and such liability is limited to a maximum of the amount of the relevant transaction.

12. Changes to Terms
